Question: We have come to the start of the year 2010 and can you share with us the benefits of kicking start the master cleanse at the start of the year And also to motivate our readers do the master cleanse?
Question: One of the things they tried is putting the cayenne pepper powder into empty capsules and swallow the capsules, would this solution be fine for people who find it difficult with the cayenne pepper?
Question: “I tried this once before (couldn’t finish) and I am considering trying it again. My main problem with trying it is I suffer from horrific GERD and all the acid from the lemon and heat from the pepper begin to burn my esophagus and my voice become hoarse and my chest hurt.”
What can people suffering from this do about it?
Question: Regarding the salt water flush. most people can’t stand the salt water flush as well, what are some of the tips you would advise for drinking the salt water flush?
Question: Another issue regarding the bowel elimination: there are some participants who have problems with elimination even after 4 or 5 days into the cleanse. Is there a reason why they are not eliminating and what can they do about it?
Question: Some of the readers find it that the lemonade taste would change after 8 hours, even when they keep it in the refrigerator. Is there a trick or a system to make the lemonade in the morning to make for the whole day? or should we split the making of the lemonade into 2 times in a day?
Question: There are some readers who train on a frequent basis and they are concerned that they would have to stop training while on the cleanse which would affect their training program. Most of them who tried to continue their training while on the cleanse feedback to us that they can’t keep up with their training. Is there a way around this? And there are readers who want to continue with their protein shakes. Would that be possible too?
Question: Most of the people tried the master cleanse gave up half way, what do you think they can do to help themselves to succeed with the master cleanse with more motivation and with ease?
Question: Many of our readers are from non US countries and they have a hard time looking for the right ingredients especially cayenne pepper, maple syrup and laxative tea. Is there any way that they could get the ingredients for master cleanse? Or are they any substitute for master cleanse ingredients?
Question: Before we end the interview, what in your opinion is the most important ingredient for master cleanse?
