Like, how much water weight can you lose before you start losing the fat? I have been dieting and working out, and lost 10 lb this past 2 weeks - but I am pretty sure almost all of that is water weight. Is it possible to lose 10 lb of just water? I am 5&#039;1 and weighed 142 lb when I started.</description>
